I am very pleased to take this opportunity
to say thank you to West Ridge Equestrian Center and recommend them
to anybody interested in doing business with them. Angela and her
staff have done wonders with my horses, and have been a vast source
of information for myself. I have a young QH/Arab cross which by the
way is Dash for Cash bred and well, half Arabian! When I brought him
in he was too spooky for me to ride; he made me a nervous wreck!
Now, thanks to Angela and her staff, he is one of my favorite
horses. We have enjoyed many miles together, even bare back! Not
only did West Ridge help teach my horse how to work with me, but
they also taught me how to work with my horse. They took the time to
not only answer my questions, but to get me up there and show me.
West Ridge has done a wonderful job of making me feel like an
important customer, student, and fellow horsewoman. Whether it was
training a horse, selling a horse, or just providing some pointers,
Angela and her staff have been an enormous help. I look forward to
doing business at West Ridge Equestrian Center in the future and
fully recommend this wonderful establishment.

I've been riding since July of ʼ08. I started with private
lessons and then two other ladies joined the lesson time and it has
been a blast! Angela is a wonderful instructor. She pushes you out
of your comfort zone when you need to be pushed and letʼs you know
what you are doing wrong and how to correct it. Her outgoing
personality makes the lessons a lot of fun. She is very
knowledgeable and truly has a love for horses.

We bought our "kids" horse from Angela at West Ridge Equestrain
Center. She was great to work with. She let us know when she was in
our area to show us a horse. She was always in touch throughout the
process and when a problem came up, she worked hard with us to find
a solution that we could all live with. She let us have an extended
trial period with the horse we were buying because as she says "a
horse that works for one person might not for the next." She is
commited to running her business honestly and fairly and wants you
to be happy with the horse you buy.
She's been so great to work with, we're repeat customers! She will
be taking another of our horses to train this month.

My daughter and I met Angela last winter during her
open house celebration for Westridge. We were looking for
someone to correctly and safely teach Lexys how to do Hunter Over
Fences(Jumping). Lexys first love is English riding and her
main focus has always been to learn how to jump her horse Rugar.
She had been told that she would never learn how to jump and she
would never have what it takes to jump. She is a very
determined young lady and if you tell her she can not do something
she will prove you wrong.
Angela has such a gift with horses and children. We
started taking lessons with Angela and Lexys knew right away that
Anglea was great! We had some challenges this spring with wet
and cold weather, but Angela prepared Lexys for our county 4-H horse
show and then for State. Lexys received Grand Champion at the
State Horse Show in her age division with Rugar. We were very
suprised since it was her first year jumping that she actually
had some lessons and practice. We owe all Lexys' success to
Angela and her daughter Melanie, without them Lexys would not have
been prepared to jump her horse this year.
It is very hard to find anyone that is experienced in both
diciplines of English and Western Riding. Lexys does both.
Westridge has been a blessing to not only
my self but to my horses. They receive impeccable care. Westridge
has a outstanding reputation when it comes to nutrition and the
health of horses. It gives you peace of mind knowing that when you
are unable to be with your horse there are people who check on the
several times a day noticing little changes ifthey happen. The
facility offers great ridding areas booth inside and outside. Which
makes it wonderful being able to go on "Christmas Day" rides like we
did last year. Angela is always willing to help beginners and train
if your horse needs a little tune up. Westridge is a wonderful
family get away with your horses. I don't know what I would do
without having the security of knowing they are looking after the
horses we love so much.
